NEW ROLE - Croydon Vineyard Production Lead

Have you ever thought about using your production, sound engineering and media skills to help a growing church take a significant next step?

As Croydon Vineyard prepares to launch at No3 Old Palace Road, we’re looking for an experienced Production Lead to help us raise the level of sound, visuals, media and technical excellence across our Sunday services, sites and digital content.

This is an 8-hour-a-week role from August 2026 to June 2027, including Sunday mornings, working closely with our Worship Pastor, Comms Manager and wider team. The role would suit someone with strong live sound experience, a good eye for production quality, and a passion for helping church worship and communication feel clear, engaging and excellent.

Here’s a snapshot of what the role will involve:

Overseeing sound and visuals setup for the new auditorium at No3 Old Palace Road

Helping our Central Site worship services reach a higher level of production quality

Supporting live translation technology for services in multiple languages

Setting up and making good use of a media room for podcasts, video, audio and social media content

Sound engineering at Central Site services twice a month

Coaching and training volunteer tech teams across our sites

Helping our major invitational services - including Boxpark, Crossover, Easter and Baptisms - reach a high level of excellence

We’re looking for someone with at least three years’ experience in sound engineering in a church or live music context, as well as experience with sound, media and video equipment. Experience with Allen & Heath mixing consoles, ProPresenter 7, Logic Pro X, cameras, live-streaming, audio mixing and video production would be especially helpful.

If you’re excited by the idea of using your technical skills to support worship, mission and communication at a key moment in Croydon Vineyard’s story, we’d love to hear from you.

To apply, please email Zac@croydonvineyard.org.uk with your CV, proof of right to work in the UK, a worship-genre music mix you’ve worked on — ideally live — and a video you’ve been involved in making, briefly explaining your role in it.

Application closing date: Tuesday 30th June 2026.

We hope to hear from you soon.
